Agents don't pay us to appear on Nestoria. We make money selling advertising opportunities to the real estate industry. These can come in the form of cost per call, cost per email or cost per click, and are all related to value per lead. We only work with the real estate industry – we don't have a mortgage centre or feature financial products for example.

Our listings come to us via daily data feeds from partners who wish to list their properties with us.

Like all search engines, we index bits of information to enable Nestoria users to have a great search experience. We clearly mark your property listings as coming from you and then link directly to your property detail page. Your listings are your listings, not ours.
